Public Offer Agreement for Services and Goods on the Website taptap.ae
  1. General Provisions
  2. 1.1. This offer constitutes a public proposal from the website taptap.ae (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a distance sales contract for goods and services in accordance with Articles 65-67 of the UAE Civil Transactions Law.
  3. 1.2. The sales contract is deemed concluded upon acceptance of this offer, that is, upon the Buyer’s confirmation of the order under the terms of this offer and payment of the order. Acceptance implies the Buyer's full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this offer without any reservations or exceptions.
  4. 1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer without prior notice to the Buyer. The latest version of the offer is always available on the website taptap.ae.
  5. 1.4. In the event of changes to the offer, the new text shall take effect from the time it is posted on the website and applies to all orders placed after its publication.
  6. Definitions
  7. 2.1. Offer – this proposal by the Seller addressed to any competent individual or legal entity to enter into a sales contract for goods and services under the terms outlined in this offer.
  8. 2.2. Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this offer, expressed by placing and paying for an order.
  9. 2.3. Seller – the website taptap.ae, which offers goods and services for sale.
  10. 2.4. Buyer – an individual or legal entity who accepts the offer and places an order for goods and/or services on taptap.ae.
  11. 2.5. Goods – items listed for sale on taptap.ae, intended for sale to the Buyer.
  12. 2.6. Service – services provided by the Seller that the Buyer can order through the website.
  13. 2.7. Order – a request placed by the Buyer for the purchase of goods and/or services available on taptap.ae.
  14. Subject of the Offer
  15. 3.1. The Seller agrees to deliver goods and/or provide services to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the goods and/or services under the terms of this offer.
  16. 3.2. Under this offer, the Seller provides the following types of services and goods:
  • Information and consulting services;
  • Sale of goods through the website taptap.ae;
  • Delivery of goods to the Buyer;
  • Processing and handling of Buyer orders.
  1. 3.3. This offer governs all orders placed on taptap.ae, including terms for order placement, payment, delivery, and return of goods.
  2. Order Placement Procedure
  3. 4.1. The Buyer may place an order on taptap.ae independently by selecting the desired goods or services and completing the necessary fields in the order form.
  4. 4.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information when placing an order, including full name, delivery address, contact phone number, and email address.
  5. 4.3. Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
  6. 4.4. The Seller is not responsible for order fulfillment if the Buyer has provided incorrect or incomplete information.
  7. 4.5. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order if the goods are out of stock or the service cannot be provided. In such cases, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer and refund any payments made.
  8. Payment Procedure
  9. 5.1. Payment for orders is made by the Buyer through the Stripe payment system, which ensures secure transactions on taptap.ae.
  10. 5.2. Payment options include:
  • Payment via credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and other Stripe-supported methods);
  • Other payment methods available on the website.
  1. 5.3. Payment is considered completed once funds are credited to the Seller's account. Upon payment, the Seller shall confirm receipt of funds and begin processing the order.

  3. 5.5. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties involved in the payment process, such as payment systems or banks.
  4. Delivery and Receipt of Goods
  5. 6.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer upon confirmation of payment.
  6. 6.2. Delivery times and conditions are agreed upon during order placement and depend on the region and chosen delivery method.
  7. 6.3. The Buyer must check the integrity and completeness of the goods upon receipt. In the event of any damage or discrepancies, the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods and notify the Seller.
  8. 6.4. If the Buyer refuses the goods for reasons not related to product quality, the Buyer must reimburse the Seller for delivery costs.
  9. Return of Goods and Refunds
  10. 7.1. Returns of perfumes and cosmetics of satisfactory quality are not accepted, in accordance with UAE Federal Law on Consumer Protection.

  12. Liability of the Parties
  13. 8.1. The Seller is not responsible for any damages incurred by the Buyer as a result of improper use of goods or services.
  14. 8.2. The Seller is not liable for failure or improper fulfillment of obligations under this offer if such failure is due to actions of third parties or force majeure events.
  15. 8.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing an order.
  16. 8.4. All claims regarding the quality of goods and services should be directed to the Seller at support@taptap.ae or phone +971XXXXXXXXX. Claims are reviewed within 10 business days.
  17. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
  18. 9.1. The Seller agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Buyer’s personal data and use it solely for fulfilling obligations under this offer.
  19. 9.2. The Seller guarantees that the Buyer’s data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by UAE law.
  20. 9.3. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data by the Seller.
  21. Final Provisions
10.1. This offer is a contract concluded electronically and has legal effect in accordance with UAE law.
10.2. For issues not governed by this offer, the parties shall refer to the legislation of the UAE.
10.3. In the event of disputes or disagreements, the parties shall strive to resolve them through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of the UAE.
